Due to the flooding and inability to get our instruments and marching supplies, the Lowville Academy Marching Band will not be able to participate in the Lewis County Fair parade.
Mrs. Kilcer would like to thank you all for preparing for this event. You've worked extremely hard and she appreciates your efforts and time this summer! Have a great summer!
